✔ Engagement management is available in Standard & Premium plans.
✔ We do not guarantee specific follower growth or sales.
4.7 Custom Merchandise & Printing Services
✔ Custom orders require mockup approval before production.
✔ No refunds on customized items unless there is a manufacturing defect.
✔ Minimum order quantities apply to bulk purchases.
5. Payments, Pricing & Subscription Billing
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
- Payments must be made in full before services are initiated unless otherwise agreed.
- Monthly services (such as Local SEO, Social Media Management, and PPC ads) are subscription-based, requiring recurring payments until canceled.
- Discounts on long-term plans (3, 6, and 12-months) are available but non-refundable once paid.
