✔ Limited to one per business, shipping costs apply.
✔ No customization available for the free version.
✔ We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraudulent activity is suspected.
4.2 Digital Business Cards
✔ NFC-enabled or QR-based cards linked to a profile.
✔ Updates to linked information may be subject to additional fees.
✔ Customers are responsible for ensuring accuracy of details before finalizing orders.
4.3 Website Design & Development
✔ We offer custom website design, including landing pages and full business websites.
✔ Development timelines depend on the complexity of the project.
✔ Websites come with basic SEO optimization unless specified otherwise.
✔ Hosting & maintenance are included for the first year unless otherwise stated.
4.4 Local SEO & Google Business Profile Optimization
✔ Services include GBP setup, verification assistance, citation building, and SEO strategy.
✔ While we follow best practices, we do not guarantee search rankings or GBP reinstatement if suspended.
✔ Monthly SEO plans are billed on a subscription basis, with recurring payments.
4.5 PPC & Social Media Advertising
✔ We manage Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube ads.
✔ Clients are responsible for their ad spend budgets (paid directly to the respective platforms).
✔ Campaign results may vary based on competition, industry trends, and platform changes.
4.6 Social Media Management
✔ Includes content creation, graphics, and video posts as per the selected plan.
✔ Engagement management is available in Standard & Premium plans.
✔ We do not guarantee specific follower growth or sales.
4.7 Custom Merchandise & Printing Services
✔ Custom orders require mockup approval before production.
✔ No refunds on customized items unless there is a manufacturing defect.
✔ Minimum order quantities apply to bulk purchases.
5. Payments, Pricing & Subscription Billing
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
- Payments must be made in full before services are initiated unless otherwise agreed.
- Monthly services (such as Local SEO, Social Media Management, and PPC ads) are subscription-based, requiring recurring payments until canceled.
- Discounts on long-term plans (3, 6, and 12-months) are available but non-refundable once paid.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
6.1 Digital Products & Services
❌ No refunds once services (e.g., SEO, ads, digital cards) have been started.
✅ Refunds may be issued if a service has not begun and a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase.
6.2 Physical Products
✅ Refunds or replacements are available only for defective or damaged items.
❌ No refunds on custom-printed merchandise once production has started.
6.3 Subscription Services
✔ Subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but refunds are not provided for unused portions of the service.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping times vary based on product type and location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

- All designs, graphics, and digital products created by Tap & Merch remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- Clients must have legal rights to logos, brand materials, and content provided to us for custom designs.
10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:
❌ A customer engages in fraudulent activity.
❌ A customer is abusive towards our staff.
❌ A violation of these Terms of Service occurs.
11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
